Mangrove Beach

Mangrove Beach is a coastal nature stop at Khor Al Yeefrah in Umm Al Quwain. Its identity comes from the meeting of beach, shallow coastal water and mangrove habitat, rather than a single ride or museum collection.

An Emirates News Agency report records its opening to visitors in December 2020, and a 2024 official tourism-campaign report again identifies it as a destination. These establish the place and its environmental-tourism role. They do not, by themselves, confirm today's entrance charges, road conditions, operating hours or availability of individual facilities.

Plan around the scenery first. An unhurried visit can focus on the edge of the mangroves, the water and the changing light, while keeping your group within approved visitor areas. Birdlife may add interest, but should not be treated as a guaranteed feature or approached for photographs. Stay out of muddy root zones and avoid feeding wildlife.

Before travelling specifically to camp, barbecue, kayak or use a particular café, confirm that activity with the tourism department or the business responsible. Permission for an ordinary beach visit should not be interpreted as permission for every activity shown in older visitor posts.

For a simple itinerary, keep this as the main outdoor stop and choose a confirmed meal or another nearby destination afterwards. Carry water and make a clear return plan, particularly if transport will leave and collect you later. If present access cannot be confirmed, select another public destination instead of attempting an unsigned route through the habitat.
