The Green Planet

The Green Planet is a rainforest bio-dome at City Walk, using an enclosed ecosystem to introduce tropical plants and animals. The operator separates day passes from special experiences and wild encounters. Choose the core rainforest visit first, then decide whether an extra programme adds something your group wants.

The appeal is observing a living environment, so slow down and let the exhibits determine the pace. A particular animal cannot be guaranteed to appear exactly when you want a photograph. Follow staff instructions and avoid turning an encounter into an attempt to touch or feed animals without permission.

Check the selected experience’s age, booking and access conditions rather than inferring them from general admission. A camping or keeper programme listed online may not run on every date. City Walk provides a flexible meal or strolling option afterwards, but the indoor attraction deserves its own time. Read the current parking and arrival instructions and keep bags manageable so you can move comfortably through the visit.
