Kai is a managed beach experience on Saadiyat, with loungers, showers and dining rather than simply an unserviced stretch of shoreline. Compare ordinary entry with a cabana if shade and privacy matter to your group. The tourism page says towels can be purchased, so do not assume a rental or towel is part of every package. Sea turtles and dolphins are occasionally reported offshore, but a beach visit is not a wildlife-viewing guarantee. Choose it for the sea and setting, with swimming conditions deciding what is suitable on the day.
Settle practical inclusions before considering upgrades. If you mainly want to swim and rest, compare whether shade, seating and refreshments in the chosen package meet that plan.
